The great thing about this recipe is that the veggies are already seasoned so you don’t have to worry too much about adding a bunch of spices. This is seriously the fastest, easiest way to clean out your fridge after Thanksgiving. Enjoy!
Leftover turkey, shredded
leftover gravy (again, another way to use leftover gravy, yay!)
leftover veggies, diced (carrots, corn, peas…anything you’ve got goes)
leftover wild rice (NOT with bread stuffing)
gluten-free turkey, chicken or vegetable stock
Real Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
dash of cayenne for a kick
*Combine all ingredients except stock in a large pot. Add stock until you get the thickness of soup you desire. Cook until heated through.
