Thanksgiving dinner… the turkey! (Garlic and Herb style…mmm!)

1 whole farm raised, natural turkey
8 garlic cloves, minced
1 large lemon juiced
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dill
coconut oil
Real Salt
Real Garlic Salt
Real Onion Salt
Black pepper

*Combine all spices (salts and black pepper, use amounts you desire). Combine garlic, lemon juice and coconut oil (again, with the oil, use the amount you prefer, I like about 1/4 c.). Rub coconut oil mixture all over turkey making sure to get in crevices and under skin if there is an opening. After the turkey is rubbed with coconut oil all over, massage spices into the bird. Place on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hr. uncovered, and 3 hrs. covered or until meat thermometer reads 185 degrees. The coconut oil really makes this turkey moist.
