This is my husband’s other favorite pie. We make it probably every other month we love it so much!
1/2 box Gluten Free Pantry Pie Crust
Mom’s Homemade Pudding (click here)
1 banana sliced
*Prepare pie crust following the directions on the box. Bake pie crust. Lay sliced bananas all over bottom of baked pie crust. Pour pudding over bananas. (You will have leftover pudding. I love to put it in parfait cups for a snack later.) Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hrs. or overnight if possible.
