Bacon and Red Potato Quiche

1 c. leftover cooked red potatoes
10 cage free, organic eggs
1/4 c. raw or organic milk
1 tsp. Real Salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
5 strips nitrate-free bacon, cooked & crumbled

*Whisk eggs, milk and spices together in a bowl. Put potatoes and bacon in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and pour egg mixture over top. Bake 1 hr. or longer if middle is not cooked all the way in 350 degree oven.
