2 boneless/skinless, organic, free-range chicken breasts
1/4 c. organic apricot or peach preserves
1 tsp. mustard (dijon or honey mustard work best)
1 tsp. gluten-free soy sauce
1 tsp. raw honey
1/8 tsp. cayenne
*Combine all ingredients but chicken. Fry chicken with a little raw butter or coconut oil. When first side is cooked and you flip it to the other side, brush above mixture on to cooked side of chicken breast. Repeat on both sides. Enjoy with risotto or mashed potatoes.
