Gluten-Free Biscuits with Sausage & Pesto



1 cup Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix
1/4 cup organic or raw butter
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon organic or raw milk


2 cups fresh basil
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 medium sized garlic cloves
1/3 cup pinenuts, pistachios, or any other nut you prefer
Real Salt and pepper to taste



Nitrate-free, Gluten-free sausage


Cook sausage in a fry pan. Make sure to break into crumbles as it is cooking. Preheat oven to 375°. In a large mixing bowl pour in Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix and cut in butter with fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pour milk into flour mixture while stirring with a fork. Do not let dough sit. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Spread out so you have room to place pesto, sausage crumbles on top. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese of your choice and bake 2 more minutes.
