Crock Pot Italian Shredded Beef

Top round roast, grass-fed, organic
1 Tbls. oregano
1 Tbls. basil
1 tsp. Real salt
1 tsp. Real garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black Pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chili flakes
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 c. organic, gluten-free beef broth
1 tbls. worcestershire

*Combine all spices and garlic together. Massage them into top round roast. Place in a crock pot and pour beef broth and worcestershire around it. Cook on high 6 hrs. Serve hot on bread with melted Swiss cheese. Dip sandwiches into leftover beef broth.

  1. This sounds yummy. I love using leftover meat to make a new meal. The second one is so quick.

    I've been using my crock pot more lately, but it runs really hot compared to my old one and I end up overcooking things.
