These gluten free chive and cheddar biscuits were my favorite before I got diagnosed with celiac disease. I have adapted the recipe now so I can still enjoy them. You should not have to miss out on ANY food that you love. If you don’t know how to cook it, leave a comment in the recipe requester link and I will create it gluten free for you. Enjoy!
1/2 c. brown rice flour
1/2 c. coconut flour
1/2 c. almond flour
1/2 c. tapioca flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbls. aluminum-free baking powder
2-3 tsp. chives
3/4 c. raw or organic milk
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. Real salt
1 free-range, organic egg
1/3 c. organic or raw melted butter
1 c. grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. Real garlic salt
1/2 c. melted organic or raw butter
1 tsp. dill weed
*Mix all ingredients but garlic salt, 1/2 c. butter and dillweed. Spoon onto a greased baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine final three ingredients. Brush mixture onto dough. Bake 15-16 minutes. Brush with mixture again when done.
*If you want to make it super easy just do 2 c. Pamela’s pancake and baking mix for flour and omit baking powder. Enjoy either way!
