Mom’s AMAZING cornbread (seriously, sooo good!)

1 c. gluten-free flour blend (example 1/3 c. each: brown rice, almond and coconut flours)
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. raw sugar or agave
1 Tbls. baking powder
1/2 tsp. Real Salt
1 c. organic or raw cream
1/4 c. unrefined coconut oil or another good quality oil
1/4 c. raw honey
2 eggs

*Mix all ingredients and bake @ 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on altitude and oven. Serve hot with honey butter. It will fall apart, that is what it is supposed to do because of the yummy cream) SOOO good!
