Pork Shoulder
1 tsp. Real Onion Salt
1 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
*Rub spices into meat. Place in a baking dish with a lid. Cook 6-8 hrs. at 275 degrees. During the last two hrs. mop with a combination of good quality oil and apple cider vinegar. Shred and serve hot.
