Homemade Kimchi

1 whole green cabbage wilted down overnight cut into slices
2 large carrots julienned
1 large dicon julienned
1 onion julienned
1/4 c. raw honey
1/4 c. tamari (gluten-free) soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
Thai chilies broken down
3 cloves garlic diced
Real Salt & pepper

*Let set up for at least 24 hours.
