Fruity Beef Brisket

1 red onion chopped
Lean cut beef brisket seasoned w/ Real Salt
2 tsp . coriander
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
1 c. dried (nothing added) mangos
1 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. organic beef broth

*Combine spices and massage into brisket. Place chopped onion in bottom of a crock pot. Lay brisket over top of onions. Place dried mangos around brisket. Pour red wine vinegar and beef broth around brisket, over mangos. Slow cook for 4-6 hrs. or until meat is pulling apart easily. Serve over organic rice.
