Crabcakes with Spicy White Sauce

1 diced red bell pepper
1 chopped garlic clove
1 chopped shallot

*Cook pepper, shallot and garlic in 2 Tbls. butter then add to large bowl with the following ingredients:
1/2 c. organic sour cream
1 Tbls. parsley
1 egg (cage-free, organic)
1 lb. crab meat
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1/2 c. gluten-free breadcrumbs
zest of one lemon
1/4 tsp. of each: Real salt, Real garlic salt, Real onion salt, and pepper

*Scoop out and form into round patty. Cover in more gluten-free breadcrumbs. Fry in saucepan (5-6 min. on each side) or bake in oven until cooked through.

Spicy white sauce
1/2 c. organic sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbls. hot sauce
1 chopped garlic clove
2 Tbls. lemon juice
1 Tbls. chives
1/4 tsp. of each Real salt, pepper & cayenne
