Buttermilk Chicken

12 pieces of bone-in free-range, organic chicken
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. Real Salt
1 tsp. Real Onion Salt
1 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
1 Tbls. pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
2 cloves of garlic
4 Tbls. extra-virgin olive oil

*Mix all ingredients in a bag and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Bring to room temperature then bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
