Banana Bread

4 Tbls. butter
1/2 c. agave or raw sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
1 3/4 c. Pamela’s Baking mix OR 1/2 c. each brown rice, almond, and coconut flours (plus an extra 1/4 c. of one)
1 tsp. baking soda (DO NOT USE IF USING PAMELA’S BAKING MIX)
1/2 tsp. gluten-free vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of Real Salt and fresh nutmeg (dried is ok too :)

*Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
