Extra large prawns
same amount of bacon slices as prawns
1 Tbls. chopped ginger
1 chopped jalapeno
1 diced yellow onion
*sautee ginger, jalapeno and onion in saucepan with a little extra-virgin olive oil. When tender add the following ingredients and thicken over heat.
1/4 c. gluten-free, organic ketchup
1/3 c. organic orange juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. agave
* Skewer shrimp lengthwise with wrapped bacon and place on grill. Cook through while basting with above sauce. This is an easy, light summer meal!
