Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Nitrate-free bacon
Sea Scallops
Coconut Oil
Real Salt
Water soaked skewers

*Cook bacon on a baking tray in 350 degree oven until half way cooked. Remove from oven. Secure on slice of bacon around each scallop using a skewer (go all the way through scallop like a kabob, one to a stick). Drizzle with coconut oil, Real salt and pepper. Grill until scallop is no longer opaque and cooked through.
