Gluten-Free Falafel

1 can or 2 cups of soaked and dried chickpeas
2 Tbls. parsley
1 tsp. Real Onion Salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 Tbls. garlic
1 lemon juiced
1 tsp. Real Salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
(add a touch of water if mix is too dry…)
gluten-free breadcrumbs (corn, rice whatever you prefer)

*Combine all ingredients, except gluten-free breadcrumbs, in a food processor. Coat fry pan with olive oil. Form ingredients into a patty. Dredge in gluten-free breadcrumbs and fry.
